Where and how do I pick up?

When you are checking out you will be able to select a pick up time and day. Pick ups are at our shop, 2900 Hampton Highway, Unit O.

Do your flavors have dairy?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all flavors are made with milk and cream. If we ever make a non dairy flavor, it will be specified in the description

How do I order?

Accepted Answer

Every Thursday at 7pm EST a flavor goes live for sale. If you want to know what flavor we have exact week, make sure you follow us on social media (FB and Instagram) and are subscribed to the email list.  We post each flavor a day or 2 before the release date

Question 4

I can’t pick up my ice cream on the day selected, can I change my pick up day?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  As long as it falls during the pick up windows for that week, you can pick up any day.

Question 5

I missed my pick up over the weekend, can I still get my pints?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as you message us before the next drop happens.  You can message us through Hotplate, Facebook, instagram or email.   If we don’t get a text, we can’t know when the pints will be picked up, so they will be forfeited, without the option of a refund.
