Yes, all flavors are made with milk and cream. If we ever make a non dairy flavor, it will be specified in the description
Every Thursday at 7pm EST a flavor goes live for sale. If you want to know what flavor we have exact week, make sure you follow us on social media (FB and Instagram) and are subscribed to the email list. We post each flavor a day or 2 before the release date
Yes. As long as it falls during the pick up windows for that week, you can pick up any day.
Yes, as long as you message us before the next drop happens. You can message us through Hotplate, Facebook, instagram or email. If we don’t get a text, we can’t know when the pints will be picked up, so they will be forfeited, without the option of a refund.
